At Satar Patar, we celebrate the imperfectly perfect. Every mug, planter, cushion or cozy little patar you find here is thoughtfully designed and lovingly crafted. Slight variations in shape, color, or texture are what make each piece uniquely yours — not flaws, but features of charm.

While we wrap every item with care, sometimes things may go wrong in transit. If that happens, we’re here for you — pinky promise. Just follow the details below so we can help you quickly and fairly.


What Qualifies for a Return or Replacement?

  • Wrong Product Sent: Received something different from what you ordered? We’ll make it right.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: If your order has any breakage or serious defects, you’re eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Note: Tiny glaze marks, texture shifts, or subtle size differences are part of the handcrafted magic — not considered damage.


Time Window

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at shopsatarpatar@gmail.com with your details. Requests made beyond this time won’t be eligible for return or replacement.


What to Send in Your Email

To help us sort it quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • A brief note about the issue
  • Clear photos of the item (and damage if any)
  • Unboxing video (recommended for claims due to transit damage)


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or return once placed.
  • Orders returned due to wrong/incomplete address or unavailable contact can be re-shipped at a charge of ₹120. Refunds won’t be possible in these cases.
  • If your package looks tampered, please don’t accept it. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.


What Happens After You Email Us?

  1. Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
  2. If approved, we’ll either:
    • Send a free replacement, or
    • Issue store credit of the full product amount (if replacement is not available).
  3. The entire process usually takes 7–10 working days.
